Most of the successful organizations have a clearly defined culture that drives optimum innovation and performance. This is essential for long-term sustainability. The modern chief learning officer has other major challenges to deal with such as nurturing the global leaders, getting a clear understanding of what does it mean to work globally, and last but not the least, the future of work.

The world is constantly changing. To continue with this, constant evaluation is needed to become agile and think beyond the defined role.
